GIPA or the ‘Greater Involvement of People Living with HIV/AIDS’ is a principle that aims to realize the rights and responsibilities of people living with HIV, including their right to participation in decision-making processes that affect their lives. The AIDS Committee of Windsor strives to uphold the GIPA principal in policies and in practice.
